Why should I be baptized?

We believe that our faith in Jesus Christ is expressed by calling on His Name, Jesus, in the waters of baptism.

Water baptism is an act of obedience identifying with Jesus in death to sin, the burial of the old nature, and resurrection to new life. It is the removal of our sins and acceptance into the Kingdom of God.

What does the bible say?

Act 2:38 “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”

John 3:3 “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
